AI Visibility App publishes guides to monitoring platforms, optimization products, and services. Readers should be able to tell what is documented, what is tested, and what remains unknown.
Evidence labels
- Vendor-documented: stated in a provider’s official product, help, or pricing materials. This confirms the provider’s published claim, not independent performance.
- First-party platform documentation: stated by the search or answer platform itself, within the documented scope.
- Observed in testing: directly checked by our team using a described setup, sample, date, and method. The first-release articles on this site are not yet hands-on product tests.
- Unknown or unverified: not confirmed from a reliable source at the time of publication.
How we compare tools
We compare documented engine coverage, prompt controls, collection and sampling method, refresh schedule, metric definitions, examples and exports, plan limits, price presentation, and fit for the intended use case. We do not collapse different datasets and denominators into a single universal score.
How we handle metrics
A mention is distinct from a citation. A citation is distinct from a visit. Share of voice and visibility scores are provider-defined unless a common formula and denominator are stated. When reporting a sampled result, we will name the prompt set, platforms, dates, sample size, and counting rules.
Testing standard for future reviews
A hands-on review should record the product version and plan, setup, test period, markets, prompts, repeat runs, data exports, and known limitations. We will distinguish features we personally used from features described only in vendor documentation. We will not claim that a tool caused an outcome without a method capable of supporting that conclusion.
Updates and corrections
Software, coverage, and pricing change. We date-check volatile claims against official materials and update pages when we can verify a material change. Readers should confirm current plan terms with the provider before purchase. Corrections should identify the affected claim and source so we can review them.

This site currently uses no affiliate links and accepts no paid placement in these guides. We will disclose any future commercial relationship and keep it separate from editorial conclusions.
